NOTE: If payment failed, here are some solutions to the common causes of credit card payment failure.
Do not honor
1. Check if the card information are correct.
2. Call your bank to approve the payment.
High risk
1. Please provide the photo of your credit card or ID card, show the first four digits and the last six digits of the card number, cover the middle part.
2. If you are a returning customer, you can generally make another successful chargeback by providing the previous successful chargeback record.
Fraud suspicion
If you pay too frequently or the payment amount is too high in a short period of time, it may violate the bank’s risk control rules, you bank may reject the transaction. Please try again later or change to another card to pay.
Expired card
Please contact you bank or check if the card expiration date is incorrectly filled in. Then try again.
Insufficient funds/Over credit limit
Please recharge your card or call your bank to increase your credit card limit, then contact us to re-deduct or change to another card and order again.
Stolen/Lost card
Please contact your bank to lock your card and change to another card and order again.
Invalid transaction
other types of cards are not supported, like cards that can only be used for gas, do not allow such transactions, change to another card, and order again.
CVV2 failure/CVN is invalid
Please check the verification code on the back of the card and try again.
Cancellation
Only 3 successful transactions and 3 failed transactions are allowed for the same cardholder within 24 hours. The order will go into cancellation if you try for the fourth time, t, so please try again after 24 hours.

PAYPAL BLOCKS THE PURCHASE.
Your Credit/Debit Cards issues like invalid/expired cards, the amount exceeds or the card is disabled, etc.
Your Credit/Debit Card issues with International Transactions (Ensure your cards are allowed to purchase from overseas merchants)
If you receive a receipt error from a Paypal order then likely there is an issue with your Paypal funding source. Please check with Paypal.com support for more information.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR BILLING ADDRESS INFO. DOES NOT MATCH THAT ON FILE WITH THE BANK.
The credit card issuer may decline the charge if the billing address you provided is different from the information on file. Like incorrect account/billing details (card No., EXP date, billing zip code, CVV/CVC). Purchase not authorized by the card owner, the cardholders’ spending habits, or expired card. The payment processor may reject the payment due to the anti-fraud billing address or card verification checks. In these cases, the payments are just in a pending state and not be received by SexDollPartner. The funds will be rejected or automatically returned to your account within a few days.
YOUR CARD IS NOT SUPPORTED.
- Depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to check the limitations of your credit card account to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border, or overseas transactions.
- Please double-check the credit card information you have entered and make sure your billing address matches this information exactly. If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.
IF YOUR PAYMENT WON’T PROCESS WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR YOU’RE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CARD, TRY:
Purchase again in a browser in Incognito mode, or try another browser.
Changing payment method at checkout, or try another credit card or PayPal account.
